 How do successful teams succeed? Would it not be great to have all our teams perform to their full potential? What stops them from getting there? We often see loads of talent in a team, and yet results way below expectations. What is choking these teams? Can they be un-choked? Can they then consistently succeed at what they do?

 J Srinivasan Associates (JSA) addresses these real concerns in a powerful program, The Effectiveness Workshop ™ (TEW). The workshop occurs in both the classroom and the real-time workplace. It is designed to have team members inquire into the blocks and brakes that are the source of their less-than-potential performance, and deal with the blocks in a powerful, replicable manner. TEW leaves participants with the freedom and power to carry these insights into the workspace as well as their private lives. Review sessions keep alive these insights and help team-mates practice new ways of being until these become second nature. The Effectiveness Workshop™ is designed to identify and groom Team Leaders in your organization who can then take on transforming other teams.

 Some logistics:

1. The Effectiveness Workshop™ works best on team sizes of at least 50 members and no more than 250 members.

2. The workshop is designed to be conducted in nine full-day sessions across weekends (Sat/Sun or Fri/Sat) or workdays in a classroom setting.

3. This is interspersed by twice weekly + monthly performance review sessions of 4-6 hours approx.

4. Throughout the 90-day intensive programme, one-on-one and one-on-many sub meetings are held within the team on real-time work-specific topics that impact the team’s performance and success metric.

5. Thereafter, reviews are held every month for one year.

6. Where needed, one-on-one, one-on-many & team-wide sessions are held to ensure team focus on sustained performance.

7. The Coaches are in constant communication with participants on calls throughout the programme.

    We begin with studying the real need of the organisation and the team in question and setting measurable performance objectives for The Effectiveness Workshop™

Ø    These are results that the team would accomplish as an outcome of participating in the workshop - Results that the management, the team and we agree upon.

Ø    We then proceed to put our money where our mouth is, and commit a part of our earnings from this workshop as bonus payouts contingent upon the team performing as agreed.
