Experience I have

I have a total of 36 years of experience in industry. Of these, I have been an entrepreneur for 30 years.

My work has provided me the opportunity to train, motivate and enable people of varying backgrounds and skill sets, doing a variety of assignments.

Since the early 80's I have been a student of a variety of self-improvement and training programmes, many of which I went on to be trained as a trainer myself.

In these long years, I have witnessed what's worked and what did not - for the people I led or trained.

If failures are the best teachers, I've had my fair share of them. But what's important is that I've learnt to use failures as opportunities of breakthroughs and transformation.

Rather than the massive amount of knowledge I gained in the professional domain - which I value a lot - I have come to believe that the emotional abilities and training of the mind is paramount to success. There are any number of examples of two people who had the 'same' professional training but one of them 'succeeded' much more than the other.

In these last 36 years, I have coached hundreds of people and trained thousands. Their profiles range from very senior management leaders to junior executives. The surprising but often disbelieved fact about the these different levels of people is that the only thing different is their state of mind. This is commonly called attitude.

I hope this has given you a broad idea of my experience. If you'd like to know more, do write in to me by using this link
